Highly specialized 1 year program focused on those who are passionate about gastronomy and those who seek to perfect their techniques and specialize in one of them.

The specialties are:

INTERNATIONAL CUISINE
BAKING AND PASTRY

Renowned teachers will help you learn in an integral way. A warm and close environment will allow you to learn about the gastronomic sector in Mexico and Latin America.

Upon completion, you will obtain a Diploma in International Cuisine endorsed by the Ministry of Public Education in Food and Beverages or a Diploma in Pastry, depending on the course you took.
